The restaurant occupies the historic site of Zuiderterras, a neoclassical building dating back to 1886, reconstructed in the early 1990s by the Flemish Master Architect bOb Van Reeth and recently renovated by Co.Studio to enhance the visual connection to the water while respecting the original architecture. The interior is warm, comfortable, and welcoming, situated in a refined architectural and design environment that showcases panoramic views of the Scheldt, the city, and the cathedral. The menu features a limited selection of high-quality classics made with top-notch ingredients, highlighting pure flavours and a seasonal rhythm. Signature dishes include sea bass fillet, lobster linguine, sweetbreads, shrimp croquettes, and beef fillet.
